• At Beauty Boost Aesthetic Clinic, most appointment types require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied as a credit towards your treatment or product purchases on the day of your appointment. In some cases, and at the discretion of your practitioner, the deposit may be credited toward future bookings; however, this is not guaranteed and is dependent on the timing and circumstances of your appointment.

    For Brow and Lash Appointments and Aesthetic Medical Consultations, a non-refundable deposit is also required:

    • Brow and Lash Appointment deposits can be applied to any services or products purchased on the day of your appointment.

    • Medical Aesthetic Nurse Consultation deposits can be applied toward treatments booked during your consultation.

    If you decide not to proceed with a treatment or product purchase, your deposit will be retained as a Consultation Fee to cover the time, expertise, and personalised advice provided during your appointment.

    Please note: All deposits expire after 12 months.

  • We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient.

    Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as failure to attend, will result in:

    • Deposit Forfeiture: Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.

    • Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50% of the service price may be charged. A credit card is required to secure your booking, and any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

    For prepaid treatments or gift voucher appointments, cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in the treatment amount being forfeited.

    We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us, and we will review your case individually.

  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your appointment and a link to modify or cancel your booking. You can also contact us directly via phone or email for assistance.

    To update or cancel your appointment online:

    1. Open your booking confirmation email.

    2. Scroll to the bottom and click the ‘View or Change My Appointment’ button.

    3. Follow the prompts to adjust or cancel your booking as needed.

  • At Beauty Boost Aesthetic Clinic, after booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes to verify the details. As your appointment date approaches, we’ll send a series of friendly email and SMS reminders to help you stay prepared for your visit.
